My Chaotic Realm

I wonder if I should wonder about the song I wake up with? Some of the time it is insightful...others just plain odd! So after living in sin & finding someone I am now to jump to my death? Go figure!! It is Fall around the Northern Hemisphere, which means summer has begun in Texas. Highs in the 90's, clear blue skies, swimming weather. I guess I could go jump off a cliff into a spring fed pool somewhere! Let me assure all of those of you who do NOT encourage me to write because you don't wanna be busted... I will not reveal anyone's identity when I start on my memoirs! I mention that because I got (another) really nice comment on my blog. 6 years ago today, right around 5:30pm CDST, I arrived home to my apartment in San Marcos to discover I had company... the SM Fire Department. Not what you want to see when you drive into your apartment complex. ESPECIALLY when you wind back around to your unit to see that is the building that is in flames. Sneakers (Goddess rest her soul) was in the apartment at the time... the firemen could not get her out because she was so terrified she was under my bed in the very far back corner. On the plus siode, she was protected from the smoke by 1)being so low to the ground, and 2)being closed in by the storage boxes placed all the way around underneath the bed. Seems is made it a smoke free area, and she was safely in my arms about 20 minutes after I arrived on the scene.

ROFLMAO As you know, I have decided to title each day's post with whatever song I woke up with playing in my head. But I never got to post on Monday, which was Bon Jovi's "Living in Sin". And today I got Cher's "I Fount Someone"...could not resist posting the 2 together. Goddess planning committee met again last night...will do so every Monday until the Festival ( www.festivalofthegoddess.com ) so we will meet the 17th, 24th, 1st & 8th and then Festival Oct 12-14th.
