My Chaotic Realm

Buoy's TV night... typical bachelor...trashes the couch, then passes out on it while watching the game... only Buoy is Siamese...he was watching the Discovery Channel.

This one took a while, just to lay it out... once it was all matched up it was easy. Started with a white slide (paper, colored w/ink) placed over an image (rubber stamp on bleached background) and then placed on a square of paper that had been edged (sharpie & ruler) w/same shade of ink. Then I set it aside and began on the card base. Same thing, really. Rubber stamped image on bleached paper, inked edges. Matted on white paper that had also had inked edges. Piece of yarn, stamped the saying & embossed w/green EP.

Simple... a sticker on coordinating mat on coordinating card base with word stamped in VersaMark & EP. Today is Thursday! Another day closer to the weekend. Tonight Spirit teaches a workshop on the Medicine Wheel. Friday is free. Saturday is Art Day here, Sunday is movie night (Benajmin Button) with some friends we've not seen in a while. A perfect week!

Ah, yes, scraps....! EP'd the word, the strip of cutouts is from what was left after I needed little people for some ATCs I was making... scrap of purple from another adventure & a 3D sticker.

a song about fire and then bees is the card.... hmmm... Lets see... you can't really tell unless you enlarge it but the paper is dry embossed with a text background about friends...hence the word on the front. :-)

Ah, yes....scraps... and no, this card is not a solution to suicide, it was just the song of the day. What it IS is me playing with the BigShot. The frame is the leftover part of another card. The butterfly & letters are from the die cuts. DTP ink along the wings and some glitter glue for a body, balck sharpie for the antennae. Tada!

Happy Mother's Day to everyone... does not matter if you are a mother to flesh & blood, and acting mother to someone else or a mother of ideas &/or community... blessings to you on this day. And, I especially wnat to wish my SON a wonderful day, ofr-without him- I'd not be celebrating! Thanks for the 22 years of trials, tribulations, pulling my hair out, shaving all yours off, etc :-)
